This isn't just an idea – it's a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Below is the actual automation flow I built, which intelligently processes any document. It demonstrates my no-code architecture and integration with Google Cloud AI.

The process starts when a user sends a file via Telegram. The system instantly checks a Google Sheets database to verify if that specific user has permission to upload.
The file is archived in **Google Drive**, and the core of the system – **Google Cloud Vision AI** – performs OCR, reading all text from the document (scan, PDF, or photo).
The text is fed to an AI model (OpenAI, migrating to Gemini) which generates a summary and **auto-categorizes** the document (e.g., 'Invoice', 'HR Contract'). All data is saved to a central Google Sheet, creating a "control center" for management.
Based on the AI category, the system looks up who should receive the file (e.g., 'Invoice' → 'accounting@company.com') and **automatically emails it** to the correct department, solving the "last-mile" problem.
